OK, so these three mascaras here are just the tip of the lash-covered iceberg, but these are my favorites and the best I own. I have, I don't know...six tubes of mascara in my makeup bag right now?

Two of them are twin tubes of NARS Audacious Mascara, which just goes to show how much I love the Audacious formula.

It's partly because of the brush. The bristles have these little hooks on them that grab...

Don't worry. You won't stab your eye out.

Anyway, the bristles have little hooks on them that hoist and separate each individual lash.

It's all very scientific, obviously.

I also like the NARS Audacious formula, too, because of how well it holds a curl.

The middle mascara here is $9 L'Oréal Voluminous Feline Noir, which would already be cute because of the leopard cap, but it also works! It's great for lash volume, but I don't use it by itself...

The thing is, I need a lot of help holding up my lash curl, so I mostly use Feline Noir in combo with at least one other mascara.

I usually put it on top of the third mascara here, $20 Urban Decay Cannonball Ultra Waterproof.

Sometimes I have a hard time finding Cannonball in stores because it's very popular, but whenever I do find it, I grab one or two tubes.

It holds a curl incredibly well, and it keeps my lashes pitched sky high.

Like, seriously, they're standing at attention. It's SO great.

I can also wear it to work out, go swimming, and I've even rubbed my eyes with it on, which, I know, I'm not supposed to do (yes, I'm a rubber). It doesn't smudge or smear.

It's great for layering on top of either of the other two here.

I wear these three in some combination almost daily.

Not all three at the same time, mind you... Well, sometimes I do. But not every day. :)
